Your Opportunity
Telgian is looking for a hands-on Dispatcher to manage the Vendor assignments to all reactive service orders for all customer locations in his or her designated region.
Essential Functions
- Review and dispatch all open service orders.
- Place outbound phone calls to ensure vendor acceptance.
- Building relationships with Vendors.
- Negotiate pricing details based on Customer contracts.
