HR Manager (E-commerce company and Distribution) - Full Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

· Recruiting, staffing, onboarding, full cycle HR

· managed 50 employees

· Performance management and improvement systems

· Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting

· Employee onboarding, orientation, and training

· Policy development, documentation, and implementation

· Employee relations

· Affirmative action

· Employment law compliance.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business related field, to include Human Resources or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

· 5 years' experience in Human Resources

· Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

· Working knowledge of employment law requirements

· Working knowledge of Immigration Related Compliance (e.g., Form I-9, E-Verify, etc.)

· Experience working in manufacturing environment.

· Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

· Bilingual (preferred)

· Attention to detail and good judgement
