**Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

**Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates

- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict management

- Perform administrative tasks related to HR processes

**Experience:

The successful candidate should possess:
