We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager to join a Non-Profit in the Miami area. Someone with 3-5 years of experience to be the main point of contact in the office!
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field. SHRM / PHR Certification a plus.
2. 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Generalist role. Experience working for a non-profit a plus.
3. Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices.
4. Good working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor law regulations.
5. Strong IT skills, including HRIS.
6. Understanding of sourcing tolls, like resume databases and online communities.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
9. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
