Job Overview:
We are in the business of selling, cutting, and installing granite, quartz, and marble countertops. We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will provide support to the team and ensure smooth operations. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Process retail sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to communicate with customers who speak different languages
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and change
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive experience
- Support inside sales efforts by assisting with product demonstrations and providing product information

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
