The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) is seeking an experienced and transformational Human Resources Manager who is willing to be hands on in overseeing the organization's HR function. As the Human Resources Manager, you will work as a change agent, by providing leadership and direct support of the organization's strategic goals and people process improvement. The HR Manager will collaborate with the SWACO leadership team, providing methods to improve performance management, talent acquisition, training and development as well as diversity and inclusion in order to link HR strategies to business outcomes.
