Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who has prior experience in the IT staffing sector, particularly adept at pursuing and cultivating relationships with enterprise-level accounts. This pivotal sales position centers on promoting our range of technology, workforce, and educational offerings within diverse sectors such as finance, healthcare, and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seeking and engaging national and enterprise-level accounts within the designated region.
  • Crafting strategic account plans and tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients, while also driving growth within our established enterprise accounts on a global scale.
  • Coordinating the integration of our full range of services, ensuring seamless communication, management, and delivery for both national and international clients.
  • Collaborating closely with executive leadership and the EVP of Sales to develop and implement regional strategies and action plans for the Enterprise Accounts Program.
  • Nurturing and expanding our existing strategic accounts through regular communication, high-level client engagements, and collaboration with local teams to identify new opportunities.
  • Assessing potential business prospects by leveraging insights from previous successful client engagements, personal networks, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Taking the lead in transforming national accounts into global partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Previous employment with an IT staffing firm, involved in the direct sales of its offerings.
  • Substantial experience spanning 7-10 years in sales within professional services, with a track record of successfully pursuing and cultivating strategic and enterprise-level accounts, resulting in annual revenues of 7-10MM.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in account penetration, delivering impactful business presentations, and possessing a solid background in effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in negotiating and articulating complex business concepts and issues both verbally and in written communication, adept at engaging with clients, consultants, and management.
  • Capable of effectively managing multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently, with a proven ability to foster strong business relationships.
  • A keen enthusiasm for business development and a resilient mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
