Our client, a well known entertainment company, is looking for a temporary Administrative Coordinator to work from March 4th – June 28th, 2024. You will be responsible for supporting the Market Research department with scheduling meetings, keeping meeting agendas, coordinating meeting logistics, and keeping all documents up to date. Additional duties will include assisting with social media, filing, participating in brainstorm sessions, and special administrative projects. Robert Half is looking for a candidate with exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of integrity and organizational skills. Hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and parking is covered. Pay is $20-22/hr
