Administrative Assistant - Cardiology

This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Department. This position is responsible for assisting, coordinating and supporting the activities and responsibilities of the Affiliates Operations Leadership. In addition, this position requires effective interaction with a wide variety of individuals on several different levels, including, but not limited to, Senior Executives and Physicians.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years Administrative Assistant.

• Experience with office machines including fax and photocopier.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree.

• 3 years Health care administrative assistant experience, including higher-level secretarial support, OR Equivalent in business courses and office.

• Access, Adobe Acrobat, Publisher and IDX.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
