High-End Luxury Brand seeks a Compensation Manager on an interim consulting basis. This is filling in for an employee on leave. Responsibilities will include:• Lead and manage the implementation of the company’s retail incentive programs; partner with Jr Analyst • Provide guidance and consultation to managers and HR team members regarding compensation programs and policies• Engage in compensation surveys and global reporting campaigns and analyze results; partner with Jr Analyst• Assist in business review, job analysis and evaluation, compile internal benchmark reports, and analyze the results to maintain pay competitiveness in the market • Supervise and coach Jr. Analyst and ensure all work is compliant with regulatory and corporate guidelines • Partner with VP of HR and retail management to prepare proposals for the budget & forecast process
