The Compensation Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Charlie Health’s compensation, total rewards, and HR data analytics and reporting programs. They will aid in ensuring Charlie Health’s competitive market compensation position across the total rewards spectrum, including merit, bonus, equity, variable compensation, benefits, and promotions. Additionally, they will partner with leadership across the business to define and implement people-related KPI and analytics dashboards, equipping our leaders with the data necessary to make informed recommendations.

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $90,000 and $132,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
