Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team.
The Senior Compensation Analyst will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children’s Zone: break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life.
HCZ is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst who will take the opportunity to build and administer employee compensation programs in a growing and evolving organization. Successful candidates have experience administering various compensation programs for mid-size evolving organizations where strong project management capabilities are key. Major responsibilities include compensation program implementation and administration (e.g., base salary, annual and long-term incentives), job analysis, and actively supporting the mid-year and annual merit program. This role is located at the HCZ HQ offices in NYC. It is a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office.

The annual starting salary for this position is $100,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including employer-covered health insurance.
