Purpose of Position:
The Human Resources intern will play a pivotal role in supporting various functions within the HR department, contributing to the overall success of the organization. The Human Resources intern will assist in recruitment and talent acquisition, total rewards management, employee development and retention, performance management, employee engagement, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in multiple facets of HR, providing an opportunity for growth and learning within the field.
