POSITION SUMMARY
As a Human Resources professional, you work every day to support your organization’s greatest asset: its people. At the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, our people work hard every day to support survivors of sexual violence and human trafficking.
We’re looking for a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position will assist in managing all day-to-day human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits, administration of the performance management process, and maintaining all employee files. This person develops, maintains, and reports on various data points that support HR, and will work in and maintain our human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS).
