The Buckeye Law Group, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Human Resources Manager to join our team in *Cleveland.*
*Role*: The Human Resources Manager will help drive the Firm’s culture and organizational structure. This position will be responsible for directing and leading the day-to-day HR functions of the firm. In addition, this position requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
*Chief Responsibilities*:
* Manage the day-to-day HR operations of the office which include employee relations, recruitment, training and maintaining company culture.
* Maintain a professional and positive work environment by facilitating effective communication and information sharing among management, attorneys, and support staff.
* Lead staff recruitment developments.
* Provide guidance and career coaching to all supervisors.
* Implementation of firm policies and procedures.
* Lead conversations and the process for all staff behavioral and work performance issues.
* Plan and implement in office and out of the office events.
* Office management-supply and building management.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
*Experience/Requirements*:
* Candidate should have a *minimum of 5 years* of Human Resources leadership in a law firm or other professional services firm.
* Demonstrated human resources experience, strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Exceptional attitude and customer service skills.
* Works well in a team environment.
* Strong time management skills.
* Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Ability to multitask.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to travel to our satellite offices in Akron and Columbus monthly.
