Cleveland Museum of Art Internship in Human Resources
The Human Resources department is seeking a summer intern to assist with various HR projects and initiatives. The HR intern will gain exposure to all facets of HR including Talent acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation, Training and Development, and general HR tasks. Projects that the intern may be assigned to could include file management, data entry into HRIS system, compiling and updating training materials, and much more.
During the internship, the candidate will learn about HR policies, employee benefits and other HR related policies so that they may be able to respond to internal staff inquiries. The candidate will work with human resources staff to complete special projects and provide administrative support to HR partners and managers.
Cohort Building at the Cleveland Museum of Art
The summer internship program at the Cleveland Museum of Art offers wholistic professional experiences that provide students opportunities to develop as both professionals and well-rounded individuals. As such, interns at the Cleveland Museum of Art will participate in the Summer on the Cuyahoga Pick 10 program, which offers access to a variety of events throughout Cleveland that give students opportunities to meet and socialize with other interns outside of the museum.
