Community Assessment and Treatment is Hiring a Human Resources Assistant Near Cleveland, OH
Responsibilities:
- Attends job fairs and hiring events to recruit new staff, as required.
- Welcomes employment candidates to the organization during the interviewing process.
- Provides a tour of the facility for new hires.
- Provides ad-hoc reports to Management staff.
- Assist with employee relation concerns on an as-needed basis.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data for special requests and projects.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
- Maintains quality service by following organizational standards.
- Supports all internal and external employment inquiries, requests, special projects, etc.
- Other related duties as assigned.
