Your duties will include updating HR documents and staff records, ensuring legal and benefit compliance, reviewing company policies, recording leaves and managing payroll, recruitment tasks and more! You also need to be well-versed in using LinkedIn for researching, approaching, and connecting with the right talent. Our ideal candidate is someone who has already worked in a similar/relevant role in one of their previous organizations. The Human Resources Generalist will adhere to the highest standards of ethical and professional behavior and be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment activities, employee relations, performance management and general compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced, ever-changing startup/early phase environment and be able to diagnose and solve HR-related issues quickly and concisely with a high regard to confidentiality. Candidate must be a positive and team-oriented personality with proven ability to juggle multiple high-level tasks successfully through to completion, always operating with the highest level of professionalism. Must be capable and comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization and deliver timely and accurate resolutions. Candidate must be able to maintain a neutral stance when dealing with workplace issues and be available as needed in off hours.

Work involves a fast-paced laboratory/office environment with a substantial amount of sitting and operating a computer and other technology related lab equipment through course of day. Offices reachable by elevator but should be able to climb stairs in case elevator out. Candidate must have ability to maintain punctual daily attendance. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
