The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Team and Senior Management. This position carries out responsibilities in all functional HR areas, including: Employee on- and off-boarding, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation, HRIS administration, policy implementation, employment matters, employee relations, affirmative action and employment law compliance. In addition, the HR Generalist will support other projects and initiatives.
