As a Planhat Business Development Representative (BDR) in Boston, join us on our journey as we revolutionize Customer Success. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA.
What We Need
Work closely together with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute lead generation and outreach strategies
Execute outreach strategy with 50-100 activities per day, qualifying leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
Plan discovery calls for Account Executives with prospects (SMB and Enterprise) across North America, with a fixed monthly meeting target
Work together with various different departments within Planhat (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product), to align our efforts and become a thought leader in the Customer Success world
Build strong relationships with CS leaders in North America.

Curious and passionate about business, technology, SaaS, and B2B sales
Proven ability (6 months experience) in B2B SaaS Sales/SDR/BDR capacity
Track record of success in sourcing, research, etc.
Extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build senior relationships
Fantastic execution skills, high achiever
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Great interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with others
