Job Description :
- The Sales Development Representative plays a pivotal role in the sales process by assisting in generating new business opportunities. You will learn to identify and research lists of companies to target, and then develop campaigns utilizing email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to generate new business opportunities.
Position Requirements :
- Entry level (recent/soon-to-be graduate preferred).
- Recent graduate to 1 year of sales experience (BDR, SDR experience).
- Candidates with over 2 years of sales experience are unlikely to be a good fit.
- Candidates with over 2 years of experience not in sales are still considered.
Compensation :
- $48,000 Base Salary Uncapped Commissions Bonuses = $60,000-$70,000 first-year on-target earnings.
