As a Human Resources Intern specializing in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team in attracting top talent and enhancing the professional development of our employees. This internship provides exposure to various aspects of HR, offering a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes, talent management, and learning initiatives.Key Responsibilities/Projects:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development programs.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
Collaborate with team members to assess training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
Skill Intern Will Acquire:
Working collaboratively with HR team members.
Interacting with employees across different departments.
Assisting in orientation programs.
Involvement in training program coordination.
Skills Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintaina high level of confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
