Key Responsibilities/Projects:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.

• Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development programs.

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

• Collaborate with team members to assess training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.

Skill Intern Will Acquire:

• Assisting in orientation programs.

• Involvement in training program coordination.

Skills Required

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintaina high level of confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
