ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Associate, you will work on the Investor Relations Team (known as the Partner Capital Team) under the guidance of the Director of Business Development. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with investors. You'll collaborate closely with senior team members to prospect and build new client relationships, support client meetings, and create marketing materials.

In this role, you will:

• Assist in managing relationships with institutional clients
• Help expand our investor network through prospecting 
• Support team members and relationship managers during client meetings, keeping track of action items and notes
• Participate in conferences and events to represent the company
• Contribute to creating marketing materials and refining messaging
• Collaborate with different departments on proposals and reports

ABOUT YOU:

• You are interested in learning about investment products and financial services
• You possess excellent communication and writing skills
• You are able to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM (Qualifications):

• You have a Bachelor's degree; a f ocus in Finance, Economics, Business, or Marketing a plus.
• You have 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in client-facing roles
  • Exposure to Investor Relations, Product, or Asset Management a plus
• You have experience crafting external marketing materials or creating decks in powerpoint (a plus)

• Total Compensation between 85,000 - 115,000 USD
