The Business Development Coordinator reports to the Vice President of New Market Development and collaborates with the Physician Liaisons to create sustainable business growth.

Essential Job Functions

  • Utilize Salesforce to review client lead generation
  • Assist the Business Development team with administrative duties, data analysis, research
  • Own, maintain, and disseminate weekly graphs/charts on client leads
  • Develop and improve upon administrative systems to increase Business Development team efficiency
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Strong Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently when necessary.
  • Solution-oriented problem solving
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with Salesforce
  • Professional letter writing and editing skills

Education, Licenses, and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Experience

  • 1 years of business development experience
