Administrative Assistant

Temp 1 month assignment

Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturday hours)

Pay Rate : $16 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the Vice President for Enrollment Management
• Coordinate travel plans for the VP
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Manage the VP's attendance calendar
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the VP
• Maintain a professional phone voice and excellent customer service
• Utilize organizational skills for efficient office management
• Previous experience in Higher Education is preferred

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional attire and demeanor
