MoMA is currently accepting applications for a Talent Acquisition/HR Manager. MoMA’s Human Resources is responsible for supporting the institution’s mission through the successful sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, training and ongoing development of staff and interns.
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition/HR Manager reports into the Associate Directors, Human Resources and will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing our talent acquisition and onboarding strategy. This role will serve as a strategic talent partner, maintaining cross-functional relationships with internal partners to attract, hire and retain talent. This role will be “hands-on,” working directly with hiring managers to provide full life cycle recruitment of top tier talent at various levels and will also directly supervise a Talent Acquisition Associate who is also responsible for full cycle recruitment for their assigned positions.
This role will have exposure to employee relations and on occasion will be asked to provide employee relations support as needed. Therefore, the ideal candidate for this position will have several years of experience in full cycle recruitment, experience managing direct report(s) and relevant employee relations/Generalist experience.

Salary Range: Minimum of $90,000 to a maximum of $140,000 per annum
