Talent Acquisition CoordinatorOur client has an exciting opportunity in the Talent Management Department for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the New York office.The Coordinator plays an essential role on the front lines of their lateral partner recruiting efforts working directly with the Firm’s Chairman and Global Managing Partner to support the firm’s growth strategy.In this capacity, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will:
  • Have a passion for Talent and take an energetic approach to supporting the recruitment hiring process
  • Correspond with lateral partner candidates and search firms to schedule partner meetings, including conference room reservation and video conferencing coordination
  • Coordinate information for candidates and interviewers, and collect feedback for review
  • Prioritize partner candidate experience and be service-oriented with an ability and desire to provide the best service
  • Be able to handle multi-tasking a high volume of candidates at different stages of the candidate pipeline to keep things organized
  • Coordinate the processing of all applications and introductions of lateral partner candidates, whether directly or through recruiting agencies
  • Updating the applicant tracking system in a timely manner and ensuring accurate record-keeping and document management
  • Work beyond scheduled hours as required, including assisting with time-sensitive requests in the evenings and/or on weekends; and
  • Handle additional related projects, as assigned
Proficiencies:
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written communications;
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced team environment;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and document editing/comparison applications;
  • Fundamental proficiency in MS Outlook and web-based conference call/web-sharing applications;
  • Fundamental to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheet/database applications;
  • Fundamental to Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and presentation applications; and
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking Software (preferred).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (required); and
  • At least 2 years’ experience (required); Recruiting/Talent Acquisition related experience in the legal industry preferred.
The salary wage range that they expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $67,900 and a maximum of $84,900 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.Eligible employees can participate in the Firm’s comprehensive benefits program, which include the following:
