Datagen is looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner to help grow our New York-based team. We are hiring across a range of roles and seniority levels and looking for a driven recruiting pro who has an eye for the brightest talents!
This role is based out of our NY office - we work in a hybrid model.
In this role, you will:
- Manage candidate sourcing and pipeline processes E2E across the region, mostly G2M positions.
- Work internally with hiring managers to define roles and needs and become their trusted advisor.
- Become an employer brand ambassador by driving a positive candidate experience.
- Own relationships with key talent acquisition partners.
- Develop creative approaches to improving our volume and efficiency.
- Take ownership on special projects in the team.
- 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role in the high-tech industry.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technology.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and building and executing efficient talent acquisition strategies.
- A self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
- Ability to switch between tasks, set priorities, and effectively deal with a variety of information sources.
- Great relationship intelligence; the ability to connect with all different types of people.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or above.
