The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to source, interview, and hire top talent. This person will take ownership and develop a strong rapport with local leadership to determine, support, and execute business staffing needs. The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody Hornblower’s RESPECT SERVICE SYSTEM.
The recruiter will support Ferries and Transportation and City Cruises (NYC and Philadelphia)
