SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) is a full-service consulting engineering firm based in downtown Manhattan providing services in civil, structural, transportation engineering, bridge & facility inspection, construction management & inspection and lighting design. We are engaged in local community improvement projects to large, high-profile, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with a strong reputation of delivering a wide range of projects for our clients in the public sector.SIE is currently seeking Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Manhattan Office to support our firm’s recruitment efforts and our continued growth.Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Senior Leadership to identify current and future talent needs and build candidate pipelines
  • Take responsibility for hiring process to quickly and successfully source, identify, and screen potential candidates
  • Craft tailored job advertisements for specific roles
  • Maintain responsibility for maintaining firm’s job postings
  • Responsible for maintaining applicant tracking system
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience is required
  • At least eight years of experience in recruiting, A/E/C recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work simultaneously on numerous tasks
  • Ability to work with time constraints
Expected salary range is $93,600 - $156,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.SI Engineering, P.C. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
