POSITION
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will attract and acquire the best talent for roles across our retail function. They will be responsible for utilizing a wide range of sourcing and networking techniques to identify and secure top talent, while being our strongest frontline brand ambassador. In this role you will cover end to end recruitment, work closely with the Corporate and Retail teams. You will source and direct candidates throughout the entire process through onboarding, ensuring an amazing candidate experience. You will have the opportunity to be a thought partner and exercise creativity as we continue to enhance our full recruitment lifecycle.

PROFILE
Responsibilities

  • Recruit top tier candidates by assessing candidates’ skills, experience level, and industry expertise.
  • Manage full recruitment process inclusive of hiring manager calls, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, offer conversations, and reference checks for roles
  • Become a subject matter expert, thoroughly understanding your respective business area, as well as those areas within the competitor landscape in order to assess the most suited candidates
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to keep them informed at each stage of the interview process ensuring a best in class candidate experience and brand representation
  • Share weekly updates with hiring managers and HR team to ensure all are properly updated and informed of recruitment status
  • Participate in special corporate recruitment projects as needed
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to build compelling job descriptions, advertise them on appropriate channels / job boards

Skills and abilities required

  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing and resume review
  • Stellar organizational and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills to drive influence and change in the recruitment processes
  • Self-motivated to fill positions in a timely and efficient manner
  • A proven track record of successfully placing outstanding candidates in previous roles
  • Innovative in approach to identify the best talent
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively on a team
  • Experience with a dynamic large-scale organizational that is growing and changing
  • 2 years’ of experience as a Recruiter; luxury/fashion/retail experience preferred
