We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist to join our People team and help with our company growth. You will be responsible for owning the full recruitment cycle, and meeting critical hiring demands, whilst also providing People support, advice and guidance to management and employees on a range of topics. As a Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of a hiring process from intake, sourcing to offer while providing best in a class partnership to key stakeholders across the business. You will also collaborate with the Global People Team to implement various projects to help us reach our recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, excited to take on great challenges and ready to drive high-volume recruiting delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Metaprise Banking.
  • Plan and drive recruitment process based on business requirements; including sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process through the offer stage.
  • Provide a best in class candidate experience by delivering an efficient and high-touch experience for all candidates from application stage to offer, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and help set up the interview process for the required role.
  • Handle employee relations matters, serving as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert by providing support to our internal teams, while contributing to cross-functional projects, initiatives, or programs across the wider People team.
  • Oversee and manage the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, including the creation and maintenance of employee records, orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Support managers and employees with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
What you need:
  • Exposure to Payments/FinTech and start-up/scale-up life is a MUST.
  • Experience sourcing or recruiting across high volume roles in a fast moving environment across business roles.
  • Experience screening and assessing candidates across a variety of roles for both hard skills and cultural qualities is needed.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A strategic thinker who can identify and pursue opportunities that will enhance the company's competitive position and drive growth.
  • Strong work-ethic with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively handle employee relations, whilst upholding strict confidentiality throughout the organisation.
