Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Residential Property Management Company is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years’ experience. Must also have a high school degree. Please send resumes to stacyj250@hotmail.com. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Answer the telephone and direct calls
· Maintain professionalism and a friendly voice/personality when interacting with all individuals
· Must be highly organized, customer-service oriented and a multi-tasker
· Assist Financial Director and Community Association Director when needed
· Must have experience and knowledge in QuickBooks, AP and AR
· Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office technology
· Pick-up mail in Building and at Post Office daily; open, date stamp and distribute daily
· Prepare outgoing mail and accept/send overnight packages
· Take inventory and order office supplies and office refreshments
· Research and purchase large office supplies, such as printers and file cabinets
· Maintain all Corporate office equipment
· Report maintenance issues for office space to building management
· Maintain office files and storage
· Make bank deposits when needed
· Ensure vendor/contractor insurance is current
· Holiday duties such as ordering holiday cards and client gifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,920.00 - $3,200.00 per month
