This candidate will be assisting in all aspects of the Gowan/Garrett Mechanical Tenant Department. Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing support to office personnel and field employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; move within the office to meet with employees. This position requires ability to work at a computer (reading and keying) for extended periods of time. This role requires communicating verbally and in writing one on one.
