Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Provide administrative support for various office tasks
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to transcribe meeting minutes accurately
- Experience in office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using Google Suite for email, calendar, and document management
