Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is a class action law firm seeking an executive assistant for one of our managing partners. This is a full-time, in-office position working closely with our highest-level partner at our offices in downtown Manhattan. Core hours are 9am-6pm with occasional need for evenings and/or local travel.
Job Duties:
· Manage busy professional and personal calendars
· Schedule appointments and meetings
· Attend to correspondence and meeting requests
· Conduct research as requested and create comprehensive notes on same
· Maintain impeccable records of various matters and accounts across a variety of platforms
· Maintain a presentable office space, including ordering supplies and tidying as needed
· Prepare materials for visitors and meetings and greet guests
· Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
· Run errands
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
· Proactivity and self-direction
· Interpersonal skills
· Ability to lift 20lbs to be able to manage office deliveries
· Open to flexible scheduling
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Previous legal experience is a plus
