Job Overview:
We are seeking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team in our Real Estate office in Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, team player and possess strong organizational abilities. to ensure smooth functioning of both personal and business tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
-Act as the point of contact between family members, professional and personal relationships, and internal/external clients and vendors
- Assist with personal tasks
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Travel arrangement
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
-Organize and coordinate household activities
-arrange meetings (in-person/zoom), meals and phone calls
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with document preparation and editing
- Utilize software such as DocuSign for document signing
- Manage bills payments
Skills:
- experience assisting senior executives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels, both verbally and in writing required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Ability to negotiate problems and to get things done.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-Work directly with all internal team members / account teams and clients as the point person for coordinating meetings
This is a full-time position.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
