Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Duties: - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Conduct research and compile data for various projects - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Handle confidential information with discretion - Organize and maintain electronic and physical files - Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department Experience: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Experience managing calendars, including Outlook Calendar - Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity - Previous experience in project coordination is a plus - Knowledge of event planning is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
