A well- established Private Equity firm is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior executive! The ideal candidate will have previous financial services experience supporting high-level executives. This is a hybrid role (4 days per week in office) with best in class benefits and compensation!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate busy calendars
- Manage expenses
- Coordinate global travel
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide ad hoc project based support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience working in a financial service
