At WorldClassHealth.com, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Co-Founders. This role requires a highly positive, optimistic, and empathetic personality that brings people together and fosters a supportive environment.
*Employment is based in Manhattan, with a requirement of 3 days per week in the office.
Calendar scheduling and meeting coordination for the Founder and Co-Founders, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.
Managing the new 10,000 sq ft office space near Union Square, overseeing day-to-day operations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Organizing and hosting weekly social events for team building and morale boosting, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
Providing executive-level administrative support, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and other tasks as needed.
Acting as a liaison between the Founder, Co-Founders, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive information.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address concerns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Ability to work independently and take initiative while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
A positive, optimistic, and empathetic personality that fosters a supportive and inclusive environment.
