We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Global team.
This is an opportunity to get a hands-on view of what it takes to grow and run a multi-million-dollar organization in the fast-paced and high-stakes world of Public Relations and Communications with a firm serving the Fortune 500. This role will provide top-level support to the Global CFO and two additional high level executives, making it ideal for someone who desires to be a true partner to the business.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive scheduling of meetings (client, internal, intra-agency, and holding company), booking travel, and preparing expenses for submission to finance. They will oversee daily calendars and inboxes, prioritizing and preparing weekly and daily overviews of all commitments and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the most efficient use of time. Additionally, they will create decks for presentations, support internal communications, and provide background research on clients and industries in preparation for C-suite meetings.
Ideally, you will have experience working within a large organization for senior-level executives and possess the professional traits of diplomacy, discretion, and foresight. You will also have deep project management skills, extreme attention to detail, and demonstrated problem-solving success. The ability to remain calm under tight deadlines and manage multiple competing obligations is critical.
