Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and transcribing meeting minutes
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Experience:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Outlook Calendar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience working within the Investment Banking division is a must
