Meadowlark Hospitality is looking to expand our team and seeking a strong Pastry Prep Cook.
The Pastry Prep Cook will work with our chef team to prep all l pastries and desserts within our 3 unique concepts that are intertwined within the same building.
Because of this, a successful Pastry Prep Cook must be very knowledgeable about their specialty, as well as culinary functions in general.
Scope of pastry needs include morning and daytime pastries / cookies / sweets for Lardon, plus innovative / seasonally driven evening desserts in all three concepts (Lardon, Union, The Meadowlark).
