Outside Sales Representative
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in outside sales or business development
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present products and close deals
- Ability to understand technical aspects of products and provide technical sales support
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs and overcome objections
