A promising candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a minimum of two years experience in sales. We seek a smart candidate with excellent listening and cognitive understanding skills. Strong presentation, computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Strong work ethics and a solid career history with a willingness to go the extra mile are a must. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are also needed. Experience in or familiarity with the property restoration industry is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
· New Account Development
· Face-to-face meetings
· Cold calling to set appointments
· Follow through via letters and sending literature
· Being persistent in obtaining work
· Learn , understand, and implement FRSTeam messaging and sales strategy
· Account Management & Follow Through
· Increase business with current accounts by delivering personalized service
· Manage new assignments as they come in
· Ensure service needs are being met/exceeded
· Entertainment where necessary
· Regular meetings to nurture relationship
