Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This position requires excellent negotiation skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate technical sales information. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, business development, and account management.
Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology sales environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information to customers
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
