- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and articulate the brand identity and messaging for the financial planning firm.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and newsletters, to position the firm as an industry thought leader.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex financial concepts into easily understandable and compelling content.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize and improve marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
- Must be familiar with direct response marketing, copywriting, email segmentation and google and Facebook ads.
- Familiarity working with VA's and overseas talent.
- Experience with click funnels, go high level, and sales funnels preferred.
- Willingness to continuously learn about industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
