• Base salary: 70,000 - 80,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance retrain.ai's online presence.
• Implement SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Lead the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and other promotional activities.
• Manage logistics, promotion, and participant engagement for successful event outcomes.
• Create and optimize digital content for various channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing to align digital marketing and event strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and brand building.
• Significant advantage: Experience in event management, including planning and executing both virtual and in-person events.
• Familiarity with Artificial intelligence or the SaaS industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• The base salary range represents the low and high end of the retrain.ai's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of retrain.ai's total compensation package for employees.
