Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities through proactive outreach, social networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and pain points.
  • Showcase and demonstrate our range of marketing services to potential clients, effectively articulating how our solutions align with their needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, and digital strategy, to craft tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and current digital marketing trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex ideas and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for surpassing sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Note:This 3-month internship position is available as both part-time and full-time, providing invaluable experience and ample growth opportunities within our dynamic company. Interns will be considered for full-time positions upon successful completion. Additionally, upon completion, you will receive an internship referral letter and gain exposure to collaborating with multiple clients. We eagerly await passionate individuals ready to contribute to our team and evolve with us.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Compensation package:
