Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in both in-person and online sales environments, with the ability to proactively generate leads, network with building managers, and implement effective sales campaigns. As a Sales Representative, you will have the autonomy to create your own pricing strategies, provided they meet our minimum requirements, and you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through a combination of in-person and online channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with building managers, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders to generate referrals and leads.
  • Create and implement targeted sales campaigns to reach potential clients and drive business growth.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company pricing guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of moving projects and exceed client expectations.
